Before We Knew

May 14, 2026

They didn't see it then, but they can't ignore it now.

There was a time when everything between Cathleen and Erin felt easy—when their connection went unspoken but never unnoticed. Then life pulled them in different directions before they had a chance to understand what they meant to each other… or what they could have been.

Two decades later, they find their way back into each other’s lives—older, changed, and carrying the weight of everything they’ve been through. Cat has spent years learning how to live without control, while Erin has poured herself into people who were never capable of holding what she offered.

Now that they’re back in each other’s orbit, ignoring what’s always been there isn’t an option.

As friendship begins to blur into something deeper, they’re forced to confront a truth they never had words for before: was it ever just friendship?

They’re faced with a choice—keep things safe… or risk everything for a love they never got the chance to name.

What's Going on?

I’ve been super busy this year, and I haven’t been able to write as much as I’d like—but as you can see, I have put my new book, Before We Knew, up for preorder now. It will release on May 14th.

It’s a romantic comedy about second chances, learning to trust yourself again, and what happens when you finally stop getting in your own way.

I’ll be returning to the sequel to The Other Side of Right, and I’m hoping to complete that project sooner rather than later. I truly appreciate your patience with me—this is the first year I haven’t been able to focus solely on writing, and it’s definitely affected my pace.

I’ll keep you updated as I get new things out, but in the meantime, you can explore my backlist here. I also try to put books on sale throughout the year to help make them more accessible, and many are available in KU if that’s easier for you.

If you’d like to support my work in other ways, you can leave ratings and reviews, follow me on social media, or sign up for my newsletter so you don’t miss new releases, giveaways, or the occasional fun reader game.

And if you’re ever in a position where you can’t support financially, please know that your engagement still means everything—every message, review, and follow genuinely matters more than I can say.

Thank you so much for being part of this journey. I’m endlessly grateful for all of you, and I can’t wait to share more stories soon. 💖
